Spago's was born in 2016 from a group of people working in the restaurants sector based in Venice, Italy. The intention was to bring the tastes of their country worldwide.
The concept at the base of our cuisine is taken from the street food, revisited to give maximum quality and genuinity to simple traditional product like the fresh homemade pasta we produce locally.
We put extreme attention on choosing the best quality raw material to make an excellent pasta to mix with a variety of sauces all 100% made in Italy.
The pasta we made fresh every day is realized as tradition want and pressed through the bronze bigolaro, blending fine durum wheat flour, water and eggs mixture.
Spago's is also careful at the sustainability, that's why we serve our pasta only in biodegradable and compostable packaging and cutlery.
